Hey guys,
Thanks for the awesome list of blogs to read - some really great resources. As I drive south I'll be posting trip reports of every hike I can sink my teeth into from Alaska to Terra Del Fuego, the southern-most point of South America. I already have quite a few up and am adding more weekly.
You can check it all out at my site, http://www.dangrec.com

Thanks,
-Dan

Hi there,

Just been browsing around for some inspirational hiking / walking blogs from the UK and internationally and found yours and wanted to say that it's a really good read.

My partner and I recently camped out around the South Downs Way in the UK and trekked a lovely section from Pyecombe to Lewes via the highest point on the downs (Ditchling Beacon) and I've recently set up a blog that will primarily chat about walks we've done in addition to other bits and pieces like good wine, port, music (gigs), new bands to get into, and cheese!

We also recently went off to Yosemite National Park and consider it the most beautiful place we've been to. I've a stack of stuff to write about from there and my latest blog post features a piece about the Upper and Lower Falls. There will be loads to follow such as reports and anecdotes from the Mist Trail, Sentinel Dome and Chilnuala etc

I'm going to see about subscribing to your blog as found it really interesting but also wanted your opinions on my own style of writing as, as I mentioned, I've just started this trawl through the murky waters of blogging and any feedback would be appreciated.

Cheers and keep up the good work.
